1. Regional Personnel Management & Coordination
Co-develop, organize, and operate the FS apparatus across regions/areas in coordination with the Head of Farmer Solutions.
Formulate weekly/monthly work plans and allocate personnel effectively based on crop seasonality and business plans.
Propose process improvements to enhance the efficiency of field operations.
2. Training, Management, Supervision & Team Development
Vice HoFS has to manage the FS team and carry out deployments.
Vice HoFS will need to train, guide, supervise, and evaluate the performance (KPIs) of Regional FS Specialists.
Accompany the FS team in the field, including: implementing demonstration models, organizing farmer field days, supporting Level-2 (C2) dealers, and troubleshooting technical issues.
3. Planning & Implementing Field FS Activities
Formulate monthly/quarterly FS action plans for key regions and priority products, strictly aligned with the crop seasonal calendar.
Directly supervise the establishment of demonstration models and demand-generation activities, ensuring compliance with technical standards established by the Manager and the company's strategic direction.
Co-organize field seminars and product demonstrations to drive demand generation.
Support the Sales team and C2 channel in providing technical consultations and solutions for farmers.
4. Field Data Collection & Competitor Analysis
Collect and synthesize field data regarding: the efficacy of MPS products, farmer feedback, and competitor activities (including new product launches, demand-generation activities, promotional programs, and marketing strategies).
5. Data Analysis & Market Share Expansion Strategy
Analyze field data to provide actionable recommendations on FS deployment strategies aimed at expanding market share.
Generate periodic reports (weekly/monthly/quarterly) for the Board of Directors, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) of FS operations.
Consolidate periodic progress reports for submission to the Manager and the Board of Directors.

Bachelor's degree or higher in Agronomy, Plant Protection, or closely related agricultural fields.
Deep understanding of the plant protection industry, including crop protection products (both chemical and biological solutions), and thorough knowledge of competitor products.
Proven knowledge and experience in product promotion and demand-generation activities.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in agricultural technical services, plant protection, or the fertilizer industry.
At least 2-3 years of team management experience, with a proven track record of executing large-scale promotional activities and field demonstration models to drive demand.
Ability to process field data, generate comprehensive reports, and translate field insights into actionable commercial strategies.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to train farmers and Level-2 (C2) dealers; capable of working independently under high pressure and willing to travel frequently for field assignments.
Strong situational handling skills to quickly resolve unexpected technical or operational issues in the field.
Proficient in English for reading technical documentation and business communications.
