Mô tả công việc
As Vice HR&GA Manager, your role will involve assisting the HR&GA Manager in the following tasks:
Manage HR works such as manage recruitment activities, compensation & benefit, training employee, talent acquisition and retaining, etc
Manage General Affairs activities.
Analyze trends in compensation and benefits, research and propose competitive salary structure to ensure the organization attracts and retain top talent.
Develop assessment frame work, collaborate with other department managers to set up KPI for employee assessment, coordinate all assessment activities.
Collaborate with other department managers to understand and execute the organization's human resource and talent strategy including defining current and future talent needs, deploying recruitment planning, training planning, promotion planning, retention planning and succession planning.
Set up strategies for Human Resouces & Genneral Affairs department to achieve organization objective.
Ensure department project, department milestone, department goals are meet and adhering to approved budget
Deal with complex disciplinary and HR issues.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Yêu cầu
Experience: at least 3 years experience in the same level.
Experience in manufacturing company (size: >100 employees) is preferable.
Experience in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) business is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written organization communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Language: Good command in English.
Education: Bachelor Degree or higher level in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, Law, Accounting or related field.
Male or Female, 33-40 years old.
Working Location: Red Bull (Vietnam), Ha Noi Highway, Binh Thang Ward, Di An City, Binh Duong Province
