We are currently seeking a qualified candidate for the position of HR Specialist (HRBP). The HR Specialist (HRBP) is responsible for handling routine HRBP operational tasks and provide professional support in key HRBP areas including employee relations, coordination of HR processes, performance management, training and development and other organization development activities.
Main Responsibility
Responsible for building, developing, and managing the real estate sales team through recruitment, training, coaching, and sales performance supervision, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, workforce quality standards, and the Company's overall business effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Workforce Management & Development
• Develop recruitment strategies for the sales force across regions (Northern region, Binh Duong, and surrounding provinces).
• Collaborate with the Sales Department to identify manpower requirements, workforce planning, and competency standards.
• Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and probation evaluation processes.
• Propose talent retention policies, with a particular focus on the sales workforce.
2. Training & Development
• Develop onboarding training programs for new employees.
• Conduct training activities covering:
- Sales skills.
- Investment consulting.
- Customer care skills.
- Rejection handling skills.
- Deal-closing skills.
- Legal knowledge and real estate product knowledge.
• Organize periodic coaching and training programs for management levels and
sales staff.
• Evaluate training quality and post-training effectiveness.
3. Supervise & Manage Sales Operations
• Monitor and supervise the operational effectiveness of sales teams in Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Bac Ninh, and other regions.
• Monitor and control KPIs, sales revenue, conversion rates, and overall sales performance.
• Ensure the sales team complies with:
- Sales procedures.
- Company regulations.
- Professional image standards and code of ethics.
• Support the handling of issues arising during the sales process and customer care activities.
4. Develop Business Expansion Strategies
• Advise the Board of Directors on strategies for developing the nationwide sales force.
• Develop policies related to:
- Recruitment.
- Training.
- Performance evaluation.
- Sales incentive and motivation programs.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Department to implement sales campaigns and drive market growth.
5. Coordinate Multi-regional Workforce Management
• Serve as the focal point for HR coordination among branches in the Northern region, Binh Duong, and surrounding provinces.
• Standardize HR processes and policies across the entire system.
• Support the handling of local HR issues, including disciplinary matters, disputes, and employee resignations.
• Ensure consistency in implementing corporate policies and organizational culture across all locations.
6. Develop HR Policies & Systems
• Collaborate in designing compensation and benefits policies, with particular focus on sales incentive mechanisms (commissions and bonuses).
• Participate in developing KPIs and performance evaluation systems for the sales force.
7. Reporting & Strategic Advisory
• Provide periodic reports on manpower, recruitment, and training activities to the Board of Directors and Board of Management.
• Propose strategic recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of the sales team.
• Analyze HR data to support business decision-making.
