3. Social Media and Online Presence Management
4. E-commerce Operation
5. Event Activation
6. Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of working experience in marketing, preferred in an agency or an e-commerce platform.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Knowledge and experience in the above-mentioned e-commerce operations.
- Proficiency in common work software and is able to pick up new tools quickly.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Creativity and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to adapt and learn in a dynamic marketing landscape.
- Better to have studying or living experiences in western countries.
-English fluency is required

Assist in the outreach with media outlets, journalists, and influencers.
Assist in generating client proposals based on client briefs and needs.
Involved in PR strategies and project management
Contribute to the creation of compelling content for press releases, newsletters, advertorials, social media, and other written content.
Ensure all content aligns with brand messaging and values.
Monitor media coverage and compile media reports.
Social media strategies and campaigns, etc., to achieve clients' business targets.
Ensure consistent messaging across all online platforms.
Monitor online conversations and engage with the audience as needed.
TikTok operation
DTC website operation
Amazon store operation
Assist in planning and coordinating press conferences, product launches, and other PR events.
Handle logistics, media invitations, and on-site support during events.
