Vietnam Localization Executive

We are looking for a Vietnam Community & Social Media Executive to manage our local social channels, support game launches, and help localize content for Vietnamese players.
Key Responsibilities
Manage official Vietnam social media channels (Facebook, TikTok, Discord, YouTube, Zalo, etc.)
Plan and run simple social content and online/in-game events to engage players.
Create and localize basic creatives (images, short videos, memes) and support occasional livestreams
Support basic QA and localization checks for game text, events, and simple in-game content.
Translate short announcements, guides, and marketing copy between English and Vietnamese when needed.
Monitor player feedback, moderate comments, and flag urgent issues during launches.
Support other ad-hoc tasks (KOL coordination, small events, community initiatives) as assigned.
Requirements
3 years of experience in social media, community management, game operations,preferably in gaming or entertainment.
Strong understanding of Vietnamese gaming culture, social platforms, and youth trends.
Able to handle pressure and tight deadlines, especially during game launches and major events.
Good command of written and spoken Vietnamese and English; translation experience is a plus.
Basic skills in creating visuals and short-form video content (Canva, CapCut, or similar tools)
Familiarity with live-streaming platforms and community tools (Facebook Gaming, TikTok Live, Discord, etc.) is advantageous.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-border team environment.
