Mô tả công việc
We have a strong professional team with under 20 staff members in Ho Chi Minh city office. To meet the demands of our growing practice, we are looking for five (4) enthusiastic and dynamic employees to our passion and eagerness to grow with us in the following two (2) service areas:
Administrative services for expatriates: Vietnam Visa, Work Permit, Temporary Residence Card (TRC) for expatriates;
Outbound visa services: Visa obtaining for Vietnamese and expatriates for business and/or tourist purpose.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist in liaising with customers to collect necessary information for service processing;
Assist in completing relevant forms and documentation;
Assist in collecting and delivering dossiers to and from customers;
Assist in communicating with relevant authorities;
Assist in providing consultancy services to customers.
Yêu cầu
Fourth-year university students or graduates with a degree in Tourism, Administration, English, or other related majors;
Have a gentle and service-oriented communication manner;
Proficient in English communication (both spoken and written);
Carefulness, detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy;
Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure;
Proficient in Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel) and Internet research;
Proactive, honest, flexible, reliable, and hardworking.
