Job Summary: Manage and coordinate with other stakeholders and warehouse members to run daily operations smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily In & Out activities both system and physical of raw materials, finish goods, tools and other warehouse devices. Leader of process for incoming, raw materials, finish goods.
Arrange goods in warehouse by 5S and strictly follow EHS policy, and control FIFO.
Coordinate with other stakeholders & warehouse members to run daily operations.
In charge warehouse reports, warehouse management process & policy, & warehouse documents.
Aligned with line manager to assign daily tasks for warehouse members, including direct training operations activities for new staffs or cross training.
Perform warehouse operators' tasks if needed.
Other assigned tasks by line manager.
Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Education: From or above Intermediate Professional Education Diploma
Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in warehouse management, coordinating role at manufacturing, 3PL plus (logistics service providers)
Skills:
- English: able to generate English documents & can speak daily
- To be able to use the office equipment
- To be able to use word, excel, systems.
