Mô tả công việc
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on all shipment-related matters.
Arrange transportation and delivery schedules to ensure timely operations.
Perform inventory updates and maintain the inventory database.
Support store movement, inventory control, and logistics coordination.
Prepare delivery documentation and maintain accurate warehouse records.
Print shipping labels and markings; scan and archive related documents.
Attend to shipment and warehouse-related enquiries.
Handle packing, picking, and return goods processing.
Monitor and manage the packing materials inventory, including purchase.
Execute ad hoc duties and tasks as assigned.
Report all warehouse activities to the Warehouse Manager.
Yêu cầu
Minimum 2-year experience in the related field.
Attention to detail and good follow-up capabilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel in particular).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Vietnamese.
Fast learner.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
