Mô tả công việc
Warehousing activities:
Follow all SOP/WI related to WH to perform daily wh activities
+ Perform physical stock movement with zero accident in handling
+ 100% stock movement well-documented
+ No mis-matching between physical stock and system by locator
+ No damage occured during handling within internal WH
+ Prepare proper shipping documents for customers' requirement
+ Maintain safety and security in WH
+ Prepare IN/OUT status report, damaged stock report
2. Join meetings and support SC Supervisor to follow actions so support OTD
+ Daily meeting with CS, planning and production to update shipping schedule and actions to meet customer requirement
+ Monthly stock count, reconcile with data system and action follow to close gap ( if any)
+ SLOB and damage stock review and action follow
+ Review Order to Production - with production team to improve leadtime
Assist SC Supervisor to execute Supply Chain Management or managers for relevant disciplines
Yêu cầu
Has supply chain knowledge and/or experience
Fluency in English, knowing Madarin would be a plus
Familiar with PC software and Oracle management systems;
Excellent communication, planning , coordination, interpersonal and problem solving skills.
Be a good team player, supply chain solution oriented
Working experience preferably in Textile industry
Willing to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines, be able to work independently
