Warehouse Manager

• Warehouse management
- Recruiting all warehousing and logistics for the group of companies including alcoholic and soft beverages, Infant formula, and foods (approximately 500 SKU total).
- Check & assess the condition of the warehouse (electricity, water, damage, broken corrugated iron, rats, termites ...)
- Check the equipment used in the warehouse (trailers, pallets, trucks, ...)
- Management of labor protection equipment
- Check the equipment for fire protection
- Checking & installing equipment for food hygiene and safety
- Optimize the arrangement of goods in the warehouse
- Work with warehouse owners on issues related to warehouse.
- Take care Trasas warehouse and movements in this capacity.
• Merchandise Management
- Accurately classify goods in wine warehouse
- Make sure to line up according to the correct number of layers & floors for each type of wine to avoid breakage
- Ensure the standard of storage of goods in the warehouse
- Organize/supervise the efficient import/export of goods
- Ensure FIFO process, especially for products with expiry date
- Ensure that goods are exported & imported in the correct position (PEEP)
- Ensure weekly stock take of high value products
- Ensure monthly stock take
- Report the number of goods near the date / out of date in stock
- Report the number of damaged/damaged/cracked/wrong/missing stamps...
• Control documents
- Coordinate with accounting department to manage monthly inventory data
- Store export/import documents effectively
- Control the cash received by the company
- Control & balance the costs related to the warehouse
- Comply with the company's business ethics requirements
• Working with suppliers, logistics units
- Cooperate with suppliers (GB / POSM, ...) to ensure delivery schedule & quantity of goods.
- Choose a reputable & safe transport partner (garage, truck, tricycle, ...)
- Control/monitor the delivery status of goods
- Reconcile/control the expenses/invoices of the garages
- Build and maintain good relationships with vendors
• People management
- Managing a team of warehouse staff (4-6) and outsourced and internal delivery drivers
- Ensure warehouse staff comply with company regulation & code of conduct
- Train & manage a warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long- term performance goals.
• Ad-hoc as requested by the BoD.
