Mô tả công việc
- Plan, organize, and coordinate all warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and transportation.
- Ensure warehouse management follows standard procedures, optimize storage space, and maintain the best conditions for goods.
- Oversee inventory control processes to ensure accuracy and minimize losses.
- Recruit, train, and manage warehouse staff to ensure productivity and compliance with procedures.
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and evaluate employees' work efficiency.
- Ensure a safe working environment and compliance with occupational safety regulations.
- Develop, improve, and implement warehouse operational processes to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
- Collaborate with related departments (procurement, operations, customer service, finance, etc.) to ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Ensure the warehouse meets hygiene, safety, and security standards, especially for sensitive goods such as pharmaceuticals or fragile items.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management within logistics, transportation, supply chain, or manufacturing industries.
- Candidates with experience in pharmaceutical warehousing or handling specialized goods are preferred.
- English communication and the ability to read technical documents are an advantage.
