Warehouse Operation Lead

1. Job Overview
1. Be responsible for the new warehouse setup and implementation
2. Plan, organize, lead, and participate in the operations and activities of the Finished Goods warehouse in the Tire plant and Raw Materials warehouse in the Mixing plant; train, supervise, and direct warehouse staff
3. Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
2.1. Be responsible for the new warehouse setup and implementation in the Mixing plant
2.2. Ensuring the compliance of the warehouse team
2.3. To lead, coach, and train the workforce on related activities
2.4. To establish SOPs and working instructions for daily routine tasks and related operations
2.5. Ensuring all the transactions related to warehouse processes in SAP are performed correctly and timely
2.6. To bear responsibility for the adequate execution and optimization of all warehouse activities
2.7. Ensuring a proper warehouse organization and deployment
2.8. To oversee daily warehouse activities and processes to ensure that they are performed in a safe manner and efficient way
2.9. To bear responsibility for the inventory accuracy and analysis of stock differences
2.10. To oversee the operations of cargo receipt into the warehouses as well as cargo from the warehouse delivered to customers (internal and external)
2.11. Conducting regular cycle count and stock count to follow internal requirements
2.12. To identify and report potential inventory obsolescence to minimize Finished Goods and Raw Materials scraps
2.13. To deploy the initiatives to improve accuracy, and productivity and achieve maximum utilization of warehouses space
2.14. Coordinating with Import & Export team in optimizing cargo loading and unloading in order to maximize the resources
2.15. Keeping equipment operating by enforcing operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; requiring preventive maintenance; calling for repairs
2.16. To respond promptly when any abnormal incidents (regarding safety, warehouse operations, and cargo condition) occur
2.17. Be responsible for maintaining the security and safety of the warehouses
2.18. To ensure all debit notes and invoices that are received from service providers/suppliers are correct and processed in a timely fashion
2.19. To monitor and improve the operative costs of the warehouses
2.20. To drive spending and cost reduction, while maximizing business value
2.21. To liaise with service providers for warehousing activities
2.22. To organize work meetings and consultations with departments/divisions concerned
2.23. To support the team in preparing related documents for import & export shipments and ensure on-time submission
2.24. Key user for warehouse management
2.25. Complete all necessary records and reports in a timely and accurately
2.26. Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned
2.27. Having the authorities within the assigned function
2.28. Adhere to Company Quality systems
2.29. Adhere to Company Safety Rules
