English certificate allowance (e.g., IELTS 6.5 - VND 5,000,000/month).
I. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Packaging & Shipping Management
Assist in developing and improving packaging procedures and standards for each product line.
Directly inspect and supervise packaging quality, ensuring products are thoroughly wrapped and protected against scratches, damage, or wear during storage and transit.
Manage and audit packaging supplies, coordinating with the Department Manager to ensure timely procurement proposals.
Ensure clear and accurate labeling and project codes on all packed parcels.
Establish packaging KPIs, track defect rates, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.
Coordinate with the Logistics team to schedule shipments, as well as guide and supervise container loading operations.
Team Management & Workplace Improvement
Collaborate on training and evaluating the packaging worker team.
Supervise the safe operation of lifting and handling equipment, ensuring strict compliance with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) and Fire Prevention & Fighting regulations.
Research and propose improvements for the packaging area layout, optimizing packaging workflows to save costs, minimize risks, and boost productivity.
Perform other tasks as requested by the Management.
II. JOB REQUIREMENTS
Graduate from College in Logistics, Industrial Management, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Strong communication, planning, and cross-functional coordination skills.
Meticulous, detail-oriented, honest, highly responsible, with an improvement mindset and the ability to work under tight schedule pressures.
