Position Context
Warehouse Specialist is responsible for creating, managing, and adjusting supply plans to align with production schedules. This role ensures timely material availability and coordinates with multiple departments to support seamless operations.
Responsible for developing comprehensive supply plans, monitoring material requirements, and ensuring alignment with production schedules. The role involves collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely availability and dispatch of materials.
• Monitor and manage supply plans to meet production schedules.
• Implement scrap evaluating process.
• Propose & Implement optimization relating to WH operation.
• Tracking inventory, propose action to reduce inventory & enhance inventory accuracy.
• Conduct regular quality checks and audits to identify gaps and propose corrective and preventive actions.
• Participate in risk assessments to identify potential hazards in the workplace
• Remind and follow procedures and comply with occupational safety regulations
Yêu cầu
• Expertise and experience in Supply chain activities in industries like Manufacturing/ automotive / electronic / Logistics.
• 3-5 years of experience Operation at WH
• Familiarity with production scheduling and export logistics.
• Strong analytical skills to assess supply chain data and propose actionable solutions.
• Highly motivated, self-starter, and active learner with strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business (or) Logistics at a minimum
- Preferable to have Bachelors or advanced degrees in engineering / Logistics.
