1. Summary:
- Reports to: Logistics & Warehouse Manager
- Responsible for: Warehouse Assistants
- Location: My Phuoc Plant, Ben Cat Dist., Binh Duong Province, Vietnam
- Travel: Little: 5%
2. Core Responsibilities:
- Ensures receipt and checking of incoming raw & packaging materials, receipt and checking finish good from production
- Ensures FIFO practice in receipt / delivering raw packaging materials and finish good.
- Ensures accurate delivery of raw and packaging materials to production as required.
- Ensures accurate quantity for export finish good & sending shipping document on time
- Maintain SAP master data according and monitor WMS process
- Raises stores receipt vouchers and damages/ shortages/ rejection reports for claims with the proper functions.
- Ensures proper and safe storage/ consumption of all materials & finish good at the correct location. Ensures that all raw & packing materials and finish good are handled using GMP techniques. Directs salvaging or disposal of damaged goods or used materials.
- Is responsible for the security of warehouse stocks, responsible for the physical cleanliness of the warehouse areas in accordance with GMP
- Oversees month-end, year-end and other periodic physical inventory counts, in conjunction with Finance. Reconciles records with the established accounting software. Is accountable for inventory shortages. Provides reports outlining actual versus budget loss allowances, in consultation with the Factory Manager.
- Is responsible for developing and implementing the EOHS program for FGs warehouses.
- Is responsible for autonomous maintenances Forklift, rack, Dock and auxiliary machines
- Is responsible to improve yourself followed Colgate competencies: Personal Leadership Global Competencies and Global Supply Chain Competencies
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor degree
- Have experiences in Warehouse Department in multinational companies is a plus
- Good English and have knowlegde in SAP system
- Willing to work in My Phuoc 3 Industrial, Binh Duong
