Duties and Responsibilities:
Primary duties: (Approximately 70 to 80% of daily work schedule)
Supervise and guide his/ her subordinates.
Ensure the duties of his/ her subordinates are done properly.
Review and verify documents prepared by clerk/ subordinates.
Ensure goods received/ transferred in accordance with procedure.
Ensure all stocks keep in proper way.
Ensure safety and healthy environment for warehouse area.
Secondary duties: (Approximately 20 to 30% of daily work schedule)
Maintain forklift, lift and other warehouse equipments.
Quantify the inventory.
Arrange stuffing and unstuffing goods.
Update the layout of warehouse.
Provide On-job training to new employees.
List expired items (ink) for QC inspection.
Conduct stock review activities.
Implement the FIFO system in the warehouse.
Perform other related duties as required.
Collaborate closely with staff and all departments.

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years experience in managing warehouse.
Familiar with ERP and inventory management.
Good English skills.
Possess good mathematical skills.
Ability to distinguish different goods.
Knowledge of managing warehouse.
Ability to drive forklifts.
Ability to handle and resolve recurring problems.
Can operate and knowledge of computers.
