- Supervise daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and safety.
- Implement and maintain environmental health and safety (EHS) standards.
- Utilize the Warehouse Management System (WMS) for optimal inventory control.
- Coordinate and schedule shipping and receiving activities.
- Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse staff to promote a high-performance culture.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
- Identify areas for process improvement and lead initiatives to enhance productivity.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment for all team members.
Yêu cầu
Hold college or bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or related majors.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in warehouse supervision or management.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, WMS, TMS, and EHS compliance.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in inventory management and logistics.
- Experience with safety practices and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
