• Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Manage inventory levels, including receiving, storing, and distributing products efficiently.
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and finished goods.
• Implement and maintain effective warehouse management systems and processes.
• Train and mentor warehouse staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Conduct regular audits of inventory and warehouse processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare reports on warehouse performance metrics and present findings to management.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures in all warehouse activities.

3. 组织盘点,保证账物一致
4. 维护仓库5S、安全与消防管理
5. 控制库存、处理呆滞与异常
6. 对接各部门,保障物料供应顺畅
Yêu cầu
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a related field.
• Strong understanding of inventory management and warehouse operations.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with warehouse management software and systems.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
Proficient in chinese communication
