Mô tả công việc
·Receive devices from customers( on-site)or CSO.
·Diagnose product condition and propose repair solutions.
·Perform repairs and replace components for Apple products such as iPhone, iPad, Mac, AirPods, etc.
·Test product condition and functionality.
·Ensure quality after parts replacement.
·Carry out other tasks as assigned.
Yêu cầu
·College degree or higher in Electronics, Telecommunications, or related fields.
·Basic knowledge of electronics and ability to handle hardware issues.
·Experience in electronics repair is an advantage.
·Willing to work overtime when required.
·Good communication in English and ability to read technical documents.
·Detail-oriented, proactive, and responsible.
