Establish and maintain a digital waste accounting system which is capable of monitoring.
workshop or model level waste.
Support operation of SB department including quarterly inspections, legal review and
implementation, KPI setting and tracking, and continuous improvement projects.
100% compliance with company regulations and procedures (including safety, hygiene &
environment standards).
Develop and carry out training plan according to company policy, local laws and customer.
Develop and deploy a waste reduction program which leverages the collective power of the
HSE committee.
Submit all required waste data to customer systems and meet record keeping requirements.
Monitor and solve internal and external problems related to waste material management.
Embed waste management workflow into SB daily operation, integrate into workshop operation.

Report Near miss, unsafe conditions and action & participate in safety activities.

Knowledge:
Working knowledge of ISO 14001 or other management system
Understand relevant local legislation and applicability to the facility.
Skills:
Fluent English preferred. Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Project management and project execution.
Networking and teamwork.

Adaptable, quick learner, willing to take on new tasks and solve complicated problems.

Qualifications:
College, University Degree. 5 years of working experience preferred.
Preference will be given to university degrees with environmental backgrounds including : environmental science, environmental engineering, biology, chemistry, electrical/water/waste engineering, education.
