About Us
Irvine CCA is a financial services company based in Irvine, California, specializing in bookkeeping, accounting, tax, and financial support services for businesses across the United States.
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer to help create visually appealing, user-friendly, and high-converting web pages. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, understands user experience principles, and enjoys transforming ideas and content into engaging digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Website Design & Development
- Design and build landing pages and website pages using Wix and other website platforms.
- Create visually appealing layouts that align with company branding and marketing objectives.
- Apply UX/UI best practices to improve user experience, navigation, readability, and conversion rates.
- Ensure websites are fully responsive and optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Update and maintain existing website pages as needed.
Visual Content & Branding:
- Source, edit, resize, and optimize images and graphics for website use.
- Create website visuals, banners, icons, and other design assets using Canva or similar tools.
- Maintain consistent branding, typography, color schemes, and design standards across all web pages.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement design concepts and campaigns.
Website Optimization
- Optimize page layouts, images, and website elements for speed and performance.
- Implement basic SEO best practices, including page structure, image optimization, and metadata.
- Support ongoing improvements to website functionality and user engagement.
Yêu cầu
Qualifications:
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Web Design, UI/UX Design, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Web Design, Graphic Design, Digital Media, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency with Wix or other website-building platforms.
- Strong understanding of web design principles, typography, layout, color theory, and responsive design.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, or similar design tools is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website optimization is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Creative mindset with a passion for design and user experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing landing pages focused on lead generation.
- Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and conversion-focused design.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or website performance tools is a plus.
- Experience working with professional services or B2B companies is an advantage.
