Website Designer

Overview: We are looking for a talented Website Designer with 2+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of UX/UI principles and a passion for crafting intuitive and visually appealing designs that enhance user experiences for finance and e-commerce applications. You will collaborate closely with the Business Analyst and Full-stack Developer to design web and mobile interfaces that align with Beyond Compass's product goals.

Responsibilities include

1. UX/UI Design: Design responsive, user-friendly web and mobile interfaces for the incorporation platform
2. Collaboration & Development Support: Work closely with BA and Developers to ensure smooth design-to-development handoff
3. Design Documentation: Maintain and update a design system for product scalability
4. Continuous Improvement & Branding: Contribute to product evolution and consistency
5. Research & Benchmarking: Stay updated on UI trends and benchmark competitors
6. Other tasks required by the Line Manager

Must-have requirements

• Good English in communication
• 2+ years of experience as a UX/UI or Website Designer for web platforms and mobile applications
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Communications, Digital Arts, IT or related field
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects)
• Ability to create visually appealing user experiences

Nice-to-have requirements

• Experience in fintech or e-commerce products
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS
• Possess graphic design and video editing skills
• Experience working with global projects, international team
