Support the Housekeeping department in ensuring smooth operations during the summer peak season by providing timely linen supply, preparing guest welcome amenities, and assisting with logistics tasks to optimize room turnover time.
Roll welcome towels daily.
Prepare welcome towels and assist in preparing welcome drinks at the back-of-house area.
Be responsible for delivering and receiving guest amenities and other requested items from guests or departments.
Distribute and supply linen promptly to Room Attendants on guest floors.
Ensure guestrooms are always sufficiently stocked with linen for efficient room cleaning and to meet guest check-in times.
Yêu cầu
Literate - good reading, writing, and basic math skills.
Flexible - willing to work weekends and public holidays as required.
Compliant - meets local regulations and minimum age requirements, with the ability to communicate fluently in the local language.
Articulate - a warm, welcoming, and approachable communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
Good English communication skills.
