Mô tả công việc
The school Well-being Counsellor provides individualized guidance to help students address personal challenges. Engage in broader initiatives to raise awareness about important issues such as drug abuse, bullying, and other significant challenges faced by students. Provide Peer support to teachers in collectively managing behaviour at-risk students. Establishing a professional partnership network to support school and parent community.
• Listen to students' concerns about emotional or social problems based on teacher referrals and walk in.
• Help students process their problems and plan goals and action.
• Mediate conflict between peers
• Refer students to psychologists and other mental health resources when needed.
• Assist Teachers in at risk student management.
• Organize teacher training for upskilling.
• Design and Implement Schoolwide Programmes on Emotional Well-Being, Cyber Wellness, Addiction Management, Peer and Family Relationship Management
• The Well-being Counsellor is a whole school appointment to support K-12 students
Yêu cầu
• Good command of English
• Counselling degree or practitioner certification with school-based counselling experience.
