Wellness Program Development:
Design and deliver innovative wellness programs that promote physical, emotional, and social well-being.
Create bespoke experiences using the resort's resources, including but not limited to wellness aspect incorporating culinary offerings.
Integrate wellness concepts across all resort departments to provide a holistic experience.
Guest Engagement and Support
Guide guests in setting and achieving personal wellness goals, such as reducing stress, improving fitness, and fostering healthy habits.
Deliver personalized recommendations based on individual needs and aspirations.
Foster a motivating environment that empowers guests to embrace life-changing experiences.
Collaboration and Team Development:
Partner with departments like Food & Beverage, Spa, and Fitness to deliver cohesive wellness services.
Provide training to colleagues on wellness principles and practices.
Uphold IHG Winning Ways by fostering collaboration and maintaining high standards of behavior, appearance, and attitude.
Responsible Business Practices:
Promote and participate in environmental initiatives, such as protecting natural resources and supporting Green Engage projects.
Ensure adherence to IHG Brand Standards and health and safety protocols.
Recommend updates to standards and procedures to improve operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
Marketing and Promotion:
Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to create wellness-focused packages and promotions.
Assist in showcasing the resort's wellness offerings in marketing efforts, including print, social media, and partnerships.
Develop strategies to establish the resort as a leading wellness destination.
