We are building a contemporary womenswear development team in Da Nang focused on silhouette-driven product development, modern femininity, occasionwear, and contemporary fashion for international markets.
Our current operations support multiple womenswear directions - from socially-driven contemporary fashion to more elevated and sophisticated product categories.
We are currently searching for a Fashion Designer with strong visual instincts, contemporary fashion awareness, and the ability to translate creative ideas into commercially relevant product.
The ideal candidate should have:
- strong silhouette and proportion awareness
- contemporary styling sensibility
- fabric sensitivity
- attention to detail
- understanding of modern womenswear aesthetics
- strong product and trend awareness
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop new womenswear concepts and seasonal product directions
- Create sketches, moodboards, and design development proposals
- Participate in fabric, trim, wash, and color selection
- Collaborate closely with patternmakers and sample development teams
- Support fittings and product refinement processes
- Research trends, silhouettes, styling directions, and market opportunities
- Contribute creative ideas across multiple womenswear categories and brand directions
This role is based in Da Nang, Vietnam, full-time.
