We are building a contemporary womenswear development team in Da Nang focused on body-conscious silhouettes, occasionwear, modern femininity, and product development for international markets.
We are currently searching for a Women's Wear Pattern Maker to join our in-house technical development team.
This role will work closely with
designers, sample makers, and production partners to develop high-quality contemporary womenswear with strong fit, construction quality, and production consistency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and revise women's wear patterns using Gerber AccuMark
- Work across:
• Bodycon / fitted dresses
• Occasionwear/partywear
• Stretch fabric garments
• Contemporary feminine silhouettes
- Participate in fittings and pattern corrections
- Collaborate closely with design and technical teams during product development
- Ensure patterns are production-ready and technically consistent
- Work directly with sample rooms, factories, and production partners
- Support ongoing product development across multiple collections
This role is based in Da Nang, Vietnam, full-time.
