JOB SUMMARY The Internal Audit (Middle/Senior) plays a key role in independently evaluating and strengthening the company's internal control systems, financial processes, and compliance framework across all departments and, where applicable, across multiple country operations. This role is instrumental in safeguarding company assets, ensuring the integrity and validity of financial transactions, and driving continuous improvement of internal policies and procedures through a rigorous, risk-based audit approach - while serving as a trusted business partner to management on risk and control matters.

KEY DUTIES
✅ Build & improve internal audit procedures, control policies, and SOPs across departments
✅ Review payment vouchers, invoices, contracts & supporting documents for compliance
✅ Plan and execute financial, operational & compliance audits - including overseas sites
✅ Deliver audit reports with clear findings, risk ratings & actionable recommendations
✅ Support risk management and ensure compliance with internal policies & regulations
✅ Coordinate with external auditors and travel internationally for on-site audits
QUALIFICATIONS
🎯 Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or related field
🎯 3-5 years of experience, with a Big 4 background (Deloitte, EY, KPMG, or PwC)
🎯 ACCA / CPA / CIA certification is a strong plus
🎯 Fluent English (written & verbal)
🎯 Willing to travel internationally and frequently
🎯 Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and high integrity
