Responsibilities
Deliver Korea's workplace services, including new office builds, expansions, optimization, space planning, and process implementation, adapting to a dynamic environment.
Deliver excellent customer service for workplace services, understand Googler needs, provide solutions, and influence stakeholders to reach consensus. Partner with
business leaders to improve employee experience and communicate REWS mission and strategies to executives effectively.
Collaborate with APAC workplace services, REWS partners, IT, people operations, program managers, and finance for efficient integration of regional initiatives, fiscal responsibilities, data analysis, new program implementation, and Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) activities.
Lead extended workforce Workplace Services and Facilities teams in building operations (repairs, maintenance, HVAC, janitorial) and daily site operations (reception, mail, occupancy planning, moves, Environmental, Health and Safety).

Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in facility management and service, with an emphasis on facilities, hospitality, corporate services, property management or equivalent office management experience within a organization.
Experience developing and managing budget, including capital budget.
Ability to travel domestically up to 20% of the time as required.
Ability to communicate in Korean and English fluently to conduct necessary business interaction in Korean and English.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience collaborating with other business units to meet company goals and standards.
Ability to manage resources and projects involving multiple stakeholders, vendors, and staff, tight timelines, important organizational implications, and changing circumstances.
Excellent people management and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with the ability to comfortably engage and present in meetings.
