Young Engineer Trainee (YET) applications are now open!

Our 12‐month Progressive Development Program offers a well‐structured and immersive learning journey designed to build both technical expertise and behavioral capabilities, while fast‐tracking your career at VAL. As a YET, you will gain hands‐on experience, take ownership of meaningful projects, and make a real, tangible impact-contributing to our important purpose of providing food and feed in a safe and sustainable way.

12-months progressive development:

Work location: Phu My I IP, Phu My Ward, HCMC (BRVT)
