In order to expend our business, We are looking for merchandisers that will work with customer
***QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WILL START WORKING NOW.
Job description:
• Main contact to buyer for all price issue, PO, production, shipment,...
• Arrange meeting with buyer if needed: schedule, book flight ticket, hotel,...
• Review CBD and submit to buyer.
• Follow up order from receiving PO to shipment.
• Receive PO and check price, order quantity,[protected info] work with factory to confirm shipdate to buyer.
• Prepare material order list then issue to purchasing Dept.
• Responsible for merchandising activities, assisting with purchase order execution, following up with buyers and suppliers, solve problem during material purchasing.
• Work with factory closely to implement bulk PO: issue order status, transfer final sample, comment, spec to factory before running production.
• Create SO, DP, PR,... for SAP job.
• Monitoring production schedule and properly dealing problems rising in production.
• Check production status and make sure we can catch buyer ship date target.
• Travel to factory if necessary to coordinate with production team for inspection, buyer visit,...
• Worked with logistic team to prepare for shipment.
• Keep checking payment schedule with buyer after shipment.
• Prepare weekly report to manager and buyer if needed.
• Other tasks assigned by Manager (if have).

Requirements
1.Working experience: 1-3 years in backpack/hand bag is preferred, if candicate has not experence, company will train
2.Speak and write Korean/ English fluently
3.University Graduated
