Position: Japanese Speaking - Manufacturing Engineering Staff (EMS) - Trading

- Working location: Soc Son, Hanoi
- Monthly Salary: 15,000,000-20,000,000VND
Responsibility
・Act as a point of contact for technical liaison with EMS clients and contractors
・Evaluate finished products/components and instruct arrangements
・Tasks related to molding/mold technology
・Tasks related to assembly and structural technologies
・Process improvement and jig creation for EMS customers and examine main equipment (quality, 5S, production technology, etc.)
・Examine the costs and negotiation CD
・Process quality improvement activities with suppliers
・Schedule and process the overall operations
・EMS依頼先(顧客)および委託先との技術窓口
・完成品/部品検討の評価検討と手配指示
・成型/金型技術を伴う業務
・組立/構造技術を伴う業務
・EMS先の工程改善や治具作成および主要設備の検討(品質、5S、生産技術等)
・コストに関する検討およびCD交渉
・品質改善活動の推進/仕入先との改善活動の推進
・全体の業務の推進/日程

Requirements
・Education: Bachelor's degree
・Age: 25 - 30
・Gender: Male only
・Language: Japanese Business Level (N2)
・Experience:
- Have working experience as a technical intern in Japan.
- Knowledge of molds (resin or sheet metal)
- Experience in setting up a line in a factory or managing and leading an overseas manufacturing subcontractor.
