Position: [Middle/Senior] Business Analyst

Responsibility
- Work closely with sale & technical teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design.
- Analyze business processes, identify potential opportunities, and propose appropriate solution plan.
- Creating the - PDD (Process Description Document), and SDD (Solution Design Document) in detail.
- Coordinating and manage UAT with users, and maintain related documentation and training for users.
- Assist the team by providing insights from the documentations.
- Updating to Clients and other team members during project delivery
- Working location: Dong Da district, Ha Noi city
- Monthly Salary: 1000-1500 (USD)

Requirements
Necessary Skill / Experience
・Education: Bachelor's Degree.
・Gender: Any
・Age: 25-40 years old
・Language: English business level (can communicate quite well with clients)
・Experience:
- From 2 year working experience in Business Analyst
- Knowledge and experience in software development.
- Understanding of UI elements, APIs, Database interfaces etc.
・Proficient in using MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Preferable Skill / Experience
・Experience & knowledge with RPA platform such as - Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Work Fusion or OCR tools such as ABBYY, Document Understanding of UiPath, Microsoft ... is an advantage
・Experience in any of the following programming languages/ software C/C++, Python, VB Script, Java, JavaScript, C#/.Net... is an advantage
・Ability to work under pressure and to deadline
