Operations Handling
Operations Handling
- Invoicing:
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure shipment details and rates are available for timely invoice issuance.
- Issue invoices accurately and within agreed timelines.
- Proactively follow up on outstanding matters, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely completion.
- Carrier Payments
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure Purchase Orders (POs) are created accurately and on time, enabling timely payment to carriers.
- Support payment performance targets and maintain positive relationships with carriers.
- Compliance & Coordination
- Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with IOPs, SOPs, customer requirements, and applicable regulations.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to resolve operational issues and exceptions.
Other Responsibilities
- Handle daily operational issues and ad-hoc requests, escalating when necessary.
- Support customers and stakeholders by providing solutions and resolving process exceptions.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and operational excellence activities.
- Perform other duties assigned by the team leader or manager.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate student or fresh graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Previous internship experience in Logistics, Shipping, or Finance Operations is an advantage.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Fast learner with a proactive mindset and a strong willingness to improve.
- Good teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across functions.
- Passion for process-driven work and customer service excellence.
