Review development samples and provide detailed quality comments before submission to customers. And complete Development sample inspections report
Evaluate all sample stages (Proto, Fit, PP, SMS, etc.) and share feedback with relevant teams.
Review TOP/shipping samples and provide quality assessments. And complete Shipping sample inspection report
Monitor production plans and daily shipment schedules received from the Outsource Team.
Proactively manage daily tasks based on the production plan and report updates to the line manager (QAM)
Attend pre-production meetings and other relevant meetings at CMP factories or UA, depending on the schedule.
Conduct inline inspections and report findings to relevant departments for follow-up actions. And complete Inline inspection report
Perform first output inspections at supplier factories and share quality comments with related teams. And complete 1st output inspection report
Carry out final inspections in accordance with the customer's AQL standards. And complete pre-final, final, re-final inspection report
Proactively escalate any quality issues to direct supervisors and relevant departments to initiate preventive and corrective actions.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Education: Intermediate level or above
Experience: At least 1 year in an accessories, garment, or manufacturing factory
Knowledge: Quality Assurance (QA), customer requirements, AQL inspection
Skills: Communication, listening, teamwork, time management, report writing
Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office
Language Skills: Basic English communication
Characteristics: Result-oriented, perseverance, honesty, responsibility, compliance, attention to detail
