• Manage the merchandising process from product development to shipment
• Work closely with QA and QC teams to ensure on-time delivery and quality compliance
• Work directly with Factories and Chinese customers on product specifications, costing, and delivery timelines
• Negotiate pricing, timelines, and terms with suppliers and factories
• Handling production issues if any & preparing merchandising reports and order status updates
Yêu cầu
Requirements:
• Proficient in Mandarin Chinese (must) and English (priority)
• Knowledge & experience in garment production control
• Experience in Sportwear products
• Proactive, and independent
• Frequently visiting factories
