Key Responsibilities
1. Client &
Business Leadership
• Serve as the day-to-day client lead for creator and social-led campaigns.
• Translate client business challenges into clear campaign strategies and actionable briefs.
• Manage client communications: briefing, approvals, feedback loops, reporting and ongoing relationship building.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts - upsell regional or cross-platform solutions.
• Partner with the Regional Group Director on commercial forecasting, budgeting and client satisfaction tracking.
2. Strategic Planning & Campaign Development
• Lead briefing sessions to translate brand objectives into platform-fit, creator-driven concepts.
• Oversee campaign planning - defining KPIs, creative angles, channel mix and content cadence.
• Collaborate with the Creator Strategist and Regional Planning team to localise frameworks and adapt best practices from China to Vietnam.
• Present strategic recommendations, WIPs, and performance reviews to clients with clarity and confidence.
3. Project & Performance Oversight
• Supervise the local and regional teams through all campaign stages: ideation, production, approvals, launch, and reporting.
• Ensure deliverables meet agreed quality, brand, and compliance standards.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and scopes of work; flag risks and mitigation plans early.
• Track campaign results (ER, CTR, GMV, etc.) and translate data into actionable insights and optimisations.
4. Team & Collaboration
• Mentor Creator Strategists and Assistants, building capability in planning and client service.
• Coordinate with regional creative, ops and data teams to maintain alignment and performance visibility.
• Support internal learning sessions and contribute to developing @comm Group's creator methodology.

• 5-8 years experience in advertising, social, or influencer marketing, including client management and campaign planning.
• Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder relationships and lead client presentations independently.
• Deep understanding of Vietnam's social/creator ecosystem (TikTok, YouTube, Shopee Live, LazLive, etc.).
• Strong commercial acumen - able to link creative output to business and performance KPIs.
• Excellent communicator (Vietnamese and English) with clear, structured thinking and confidence in cross-border collaboration.
• Highly organised, proactive, and solution-oriented.
