Brancher.X Vietnam (formerly Havas Vietnam) is looking for an experienced Account Director to lead a portfolio of integrated communication projects across IMC, Digital, Social, PR, Activation, Brand Experience, and Corporate Communications.
This role is responsible for building trusted client partnerships, driving integrated communication strategies, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful project delivery while contributing to business growth and agency excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a portfolio of clients across a diverse range of integrated communication projects, including IMC, Digital, Social, PR, Activation, Brand Experience, and Corporate Communications.
Act as the senior strategic advisor, understanding clients' business challenges and translating them into effective communication solutions.
Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle-from strategic consultation, communication planning, creative briefing, proposal development, execution oversight, to post-campaign evaluation.
Partner closely with Planning, Creative, Media, Digital, PR, Production, and other cross-functional teams to deliver integrated, high-impact campaigns.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with senior client stakeholders, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and business retention.
Provide strategic direction and quality control across proposals, campaign planning, presentations, and project execution to ensure outstanding client deliverables.
Lead multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and profitability are effectively managed.
Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and integrated communication solutions, while contributing to new business pitches and agency growth.
Mentor, coach, and develop the Account team, fostering strong client leadership, commercial acumen, and project management capabilities.
Stay ahead of industry trends, consumer insights, and emerging communication channels to proactively recommend innovative solutions for clients.
Continuously improve account management processes and strengthen collaboration across internal teams and external partners to drive operational excellence.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or related disciplines.
8-10 years of experience in advertising, integrated communications, PR, or marketing agencies, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience leading integrated communication campaigns across IMC, Digital, Social, PR, Activation, and Brand Experience for multiple clients and industries.
Strong client leadership and stakeholder management skills, with experience working directly with senior decision-makers.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and complex projects in a fast-paced agency environment.
Strong commercial mindset with experience in
business development, account growth, and profitability management.
Excellent project management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Outstanding presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
