Account Executive (Event/Activation)

JOD DESCRIPTION:
Receive briefs from clients, build and coordinate with relevant specialized departments to develop project plans, provide quotes, and present convincingly to clients.
Responsible for overseeing the implementation process to ensure projects run according to plan and achieve optimal results.
Meet and liaise with clients to discuss and identify their requirements and to gain insights on the needs of clients, market practices and brand awareness.
Coordinate to project team to get full materials for writing proposal.
Prepare materials and equipment for the client pitch.
Support Project Leaders to collect the internal cost and make quotation.
Participate in writing proposals and conducting presentations
Assist Finance Department with the finance process for Clients.
Other related work according to actual requirements.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
At least 2 - 3 years account management experience in Event Agency
Excellent communication skills, booth Vietnamese & Enghlish
Applicants should have strong attention to details with the ability to organize and prioritize client needs in a fast paced environment.
Strong computer skills with proficiencies in Excel & PowerPoint and other related programs.
Creative, proactive, eager to learn.
Sensitive and perceptive; able to absorb information accurately.
