Job Description
Being in charge of old and present clients according to sectors assigned
Daily manage & control clients' expectations professionally
Build & develop strong relationships with clients & act as main point of contact between client & agency
Effectively work with internal teams (
business development, media planner, optimization, creative teams) and external team (vendor, freelancers) to develop innovative ideas/strategic direction, ensure high-quality service, and minimize cost
Do report and provide insightful analysis and recommendations that will support the execution
Making inspection note, payment for the assigned suppliers/vendors/KOLs, freelancers...
Analyze and propose solutions to clients
Do other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Leader/Line Manager
Job Requirements
From 1 year as an Account in Marketing Agency
Knowledge of
digital marketing, customer service, project management, and sales is a plus
Having experience in Media performance campaigns
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to build relationships
Strong organizational, negotiating, and time-management skills.
Enthusiastic, passionate, and self-motivated.
Patient, capable of working under high pressure.
Flexible, able to balance the expectations between the internal team and the clients.
