1.Key Responsibilities
1.1. Client Management
Be the main point of contact between Client and internal teams
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
Support in preparing and presenting proposals, including:
Understanding client needs
Identifying decision-makers
Handling objections effectively
Provide regular updates and manage client expectations throughout projects
Prepare and present:
Weekly / monthly social market updates
Campaign reports (weekly, monthly, final)
1.2. Project Management (IMC / Social Campaigns)
Execute IMC campaigns from:
Pitching → Planning → Execution → Reporting / Liquidation
Develop and manage project plans including:
Timeline
Task breakdown (checklist)
PIC (Person In Charge)
Resource allocation
Ensure projects are delivered:
On time
Within scope
In line with client expectations
Work closely with internal teams (Creative, Production, Media, etc.) to:
Monitor daily progress
Identify and resolve issues promptly
1.3. Production & Execution (Strong Focus)
Collaborate with Creative team on:
Content direction
Scripting for video/photoshoot
Coordinate and oversee all production stages:
Pre-production (planning, briefing, preparation)
Production (shooting)
Post-production (editing, delivery)
Ensure:
Shooting sessions run smoothly, on schedule
Execution aligns with approved concepts and campaign objectives
Review outputs to ensure quality and consistency with strategy
1.4. Internal Coordination
Ensure all projects comply with internal processes and standards
Coordinate internal meetings
2.Requirement
Education & Experience
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related fields
· 1-2 years of experience in: Account management /
Digital marketing / Production / Agency environment
Knowledge & Expertise
Understanding of:
Social media & digital communication
Campaign execution flow (from planning to reporting)
Basic knowledge of production processes:
Pre-production
Shooting / On-set execution
Post-production
Awareness of:
Market trends
Client needs
Competitive landscape
Skills
Project management skills (timeline, checklist, coordination)
Strong client service mindset
Good communication skills (verbal & written)
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
