AdTech Innovation is a regional digital advertising solutions company in Asia. We are expanding our operations in Vietnam and seeking a Digital Marketing
Account Manager who is passionate about digital marketing, data, and campaign performance to join our regional projects.
Job Description:
- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Facebook, Google, TikTok, Zalo, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Collaborate with regional
Business Development teams to develop effective digital strategies.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize paid media campaigns to ensure performance and client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with online publishers and media partners for media buying and campaign delivery.
- Work with designers, technical teams, and vendors to produce quality marketing materials (banners, apps, microsites, etc.).
- Prepare performance reports, analyze results
Yêu cầu
[ Must-have ]
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, Media, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience- Solid understanding of performance marketing, SEM, social media, programmatic advertising, and web analytics.
- Hands-on experience managing campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Zalo Ads.
- Proficient in using reporting and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, GTM, Excel, and Agency Analytics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative working style.
[ Nice-to-have ]
- Familiarity with Native Ads, The Trade Desk (TTD), Criteo, or LinkedIn Ads.
- Google/Meta certifications or experience in app install campaigns (Facebook SDK, AppsFlyer, etc.).
- Experience working on regional or international campaigns.
- Candidates with more experience may be considered for Senior Account Manager; less experienced candidates for
Account Executive.
