Job Summary
We are seeking an Account Executive who is responsible for executing project deliverables in detail based on the approved communication plan, under the direction of the
Account Manager or
Senior Account Executive.
This role requires strong coordination skills, effective task management, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams to ensure all deliverables are completed on time and meet expected quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Project Execution
Execute assigned tasks and project deliverables according to the communication plan and timeline.
Support in building and updating project timelines; ensure all tasks are tracked and delivered on schedule.
Coordinate with internal teams (Creative, Media, Strategy, Production, Tech) to ensure smooth execution.
Assist in preparing internal briefs and follow up on task progress.
Support revision cycles and ensure outputs meet requirements before submission.
Participate in pitching preparation: deck formatting, data consolidation, and coordination tasks.
Client & Internal Coordination
Support daily communication with clients under supervision of AM/SAE.
Capture client feedback and ensure accurate internal alignment.
Maintain clear and structured communication across teams.
Operational & Administrative Support
Assist in preparing quotations, cost estimates, and tracking project budgets.
Handle and follow up on paperwork including PO, contracts, reports, and payment documents.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of all documentation.
Requirements
Experience & Competencies
1-3 years of experience in Account/Project coordination in Creative / Digital / Integrated agency.
Strong task management skills and ability to handle multiple assignments effectively.
Good teamwork and collaboration skills.
High sense of responsibility and ability to meet deadlines.
Professional Skills
Basic understanding of Marketing; knowledge of Data Analysis is a plus.
Solid understanding of project management principles.
Clear, structured, and accurate communication skills.
