JOB DESCRIPTION:
Maintain and build strong relationships with clients.
Receive briefs and collaborate with internal teams to analyze client needs, brainstorm ideas, prepare proposals, develop plans, and orient the implementation of advertising and communication campaigns; present ideas, consult clients, and prepare quotations (scope and budget).
Negotiate pricing and contract-related matters with clients.
Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project process.
Monitor project progress and ensure quality control.
Prepare periodic reports for clients and the
Account Manager.
Perform other tasks assigned by the direct manager.
Develop and expand the client network.
Drive quarterly sales growth for the company.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 2 years of working experience in Agencies or the Marketing field.
Previous experience in an Agency is an advantage.
Bachelor's/College degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Communications, or related fields.
Proficient in planning, time management, problem-solving, online communication, and basic office skills (Microsoft Office, etc.).
Strong analytical, reporting, and data synthesis skills.
Proposal writing and presentation skills.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
English proficiency for business communication is an advantage.
Good understanding of business, marketing, branding, and strategy.
