Account Intern

JOB DESCRIPTION
Perform various administrative duties (contacting vendors, payment procedure, collect invoices);
Support in PR plan for clients
Support in preparing web research for next year plan for clients
Translate and drafting documents from Vietnamese to English, and vice versa
Support Account Manager/ Account Executive in assigned tasks
Other assignments from line manager or Company
REQUIREMENTS
Available for a full-time internship 3-6 months starting from Mid-December 2023 (Working time: Monday to Friday, 8:30AM - 6:00PM)
English fluency is a must
No requirement of working experience, but extra-curricular activities in marketing fields is a plus
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office - Especially Excel, Word, Power Point
Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
Organizational and time-management skills
Eye for detail, thirst for knowledge and dedication
Willing to work overtime is necessary
