We are looking for a versatile Accounts Manager with strong organizational and communication skills who can also serve as a Personal Assistant to our executive team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to juggle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Management
- Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
-Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
-Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
- Support the sales team in achieving revenue targets through account growth.
Personal Assistance
- Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including managing schedules, arranging meetings, and handling confidential information.
- Organize travel itineraries, accommodations, and other logistical arrangements for both business and personal needs.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Act as the main point of contact between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders.

Yêu cầu
Education:Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
Skills:
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
Proficient in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of English is an advantage.
Personality Traits: Highly trustworthy, proactive, with a problem-solving mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
