Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the HR industry.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on survey report and software solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities in Vietnam.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
Yêu cầu
Approximately 3 years of sales experience in the HR industry, specifically selling survey or software systems.
Strong English proficiency in speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
In-depth knowledge of the local Vietnamese market, including industry dynamics and customer needs.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
