Mô tả công việc
As the Account Manager, you will be responsible for primary ownership of portfolio of customer accounts, meeting demands of existing customers and expanding customer base, developing and executing plans to achieve agreed volume, price and revenue targets; defining the broad business development.
Customer relationship management
• Develop trust relationship with clients in Category sector in charge;
• Identify and assess customers 'critical needs and drive opportunities in line with business strategy, category, portfolio and investment plan;
• Be customers' Partner to bring value added solution to them; Be a point of contact to customers in charge and resolving any issues that they have;
• Review customers and products against the strategic pricing and contribution targets;
• Execute customer contract process including but not limited to contract negotiation, documentation and execution;
Business Development
• Identify new business opportunities at existing accounts,
• Pro-actively hunts for additional business;
• Bring forward new initiatives for continuous improvement and growing and securing revenue;
• Be overall responsible for developing market activities;
Operation Management
• Ensure the effective liaison between design, marketing, pricing, supply chain, quality and production team to provide the correct products and services to customers in a timely manner;
• Make sales planning and execution in line with Sales and Marketing Department;
Market Intelligence and Forecast
• Forecast and tracking key accounts metrics;
• Keep update market trend and competitors;
• Develop and maintain accurate monthly, quarterly and annual rolling forecasts and liaise with the Production Plan team;
Other tasks decided by the Category Sales Manager
Yêu cầu
• 1-3 years' experience in sales positions;
• Experience in B2B industry or Experience in labelling/cap is a plus
• A strong can-do attitude with a strong drive for results;
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills;
• Organisation skill; problem solving and negotiation;
