We are looking for a Key Account Manager to join our Taste & Wellbeing team in Vitenam.
Purpose
Sales/business professional trained in assigned account management
Core Responsibilities
• Grow Givaudan business with designated accounts to achieve sales target and new win revenue.
• Independently develop the account plan, initiating, planning, leading the activities to deliver the account strategy with support from internal team.
• Assume lead role for all Givaudan activities for designated accounts.
• Cultivate and nurture strong customer relationships with key decision-makers, positioning Givaudan as preferred supplier.
• Manage project pipeline (quality and quantity of projects) to achieve growth plans.
• Negotiate pricing agreements within guidelines and manage credit, pricing, rebates, etc. for key accounts.
Yêu cầu
Academic Background
• Background of food science, chemistry or relevant science fields.
Professional Experience
• 4-6 years' successful sales, marketing or customer relationship experience in flavour or related industry, with knowledge of B2B environment.
Technical Skills
• Demonstrated ability to apply strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting skills to develop ADP (Account Development Plan).
• Thorough knowledge of customers and competition.
• Understanding of customer strategy, initiatives, priorities, launch processes, and how to position Givaudan offerings.
• Possesses thorough understanding of profitability goals for key accounts.
• Can effectively execute all account management steps in the brief handling process; understands how to manage scale-ups.
• Can effectively generate new business by identifying unmet customer needs.
• Ability to build strong relationships with key customer decision-makers.
