Account Manager

Overview:
We are an integrated marketing communication agency in the healthcare industry looking for an energetic business driven candidate with a customer-centric and commercial mindset. He/she will work in a fast-paced team environment and have the opportunity to gain broad experience in various aspects of healthcare marketing.
Responsibilities:
Manage customers in healthcare by communicating about the jobs and handling all customer queries including sending quotations, liquidation, presenting the project across content marketing, digital or event tasks.
Schedule appointments, preparing, delivering presentations, and pitching to new clients, having researched their business and requirements.
Identify and develop potential business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
Coordinate with cross-functions to deliver the job including design, medical, content, creative, etc.
Good relationship with pharma/healthcare clients and partners
Attend networking events, association events, and industry events to establish and maintain a professional network.
Manage and mentor account team members to ensure performance and growth.
